Oven Resistances
Equivalents of Oven Resistances
Endüstrial oven resistances are custom made to order in different types and sizes at Bym Heat Resistances. These vary according to the type, model and purpose of the oven. There are equals such as convection oven resistance, pastramatic oven resistance, pizza oven resistance, döner oven resistance, stone-based oven resistance, bread oven resistance, spiral wire resistance.
Oven heating elements are divided into two main types: fan oven resistors and non-fan oven resistors.
Fanned oven heating elements are supported by a fan to evenly distribute the temperature inside the oven. Non-fan oven resistances are used to maintain the temperature without a fan. In industrial industrial furnaces, spiral wire resistances suitable for high temperatures are also used. The oven resistances manufactured by BYM Resistans can be made of various materials, but the most preferred materials are stainless tubular ones.
One of the advantages of oven heating elements is that the temperature inside the oven is controllable: the oven environment can be set to the user's preferred temperature using a thermocouple and remains constant at that temperature. Thus, the cooking process of the food becomes more consistent and better results are achieved. In addition, end-to-end oven resistors are long-lasting and can be easily replaced. This extends the life of the oven and makes it easier to maintain.
Maintenance and Replacement of Oven Resistances
Maintaining and replacing oven heating elements is important to prolong the life of the oven and achieve better results. End-to-end oven heating elements need to be cleaned regularly. This prevents the build-up of food debris and ensures that the heating elements last longer. In addition, the oven heating elements should be checked regularly and replaced if damaged. Damaged oven heating elements cannot maintain the temperature inside the oven and can cause food to burn. For this reason, you should not neglect the control and maintenance of your resistances.
