Tubular Resistances

Advantages of our Tubular Resistances

There are many advantages to using tubular resistors. These include:

High efficiency: Tubular heating elements save energy and consume less energy because they have high heat transfer efficiency.

Flexibility: Tubular resistors can be manufactured in a variety of sizes and shapes and can be customized according to applications.

Durability: Tubular heating elements are durable and long-lasting. They are also resistant to corrosion and abrasion.

Easy installation: Tubular heating elements are easy to install.

What are Tubular Resistors?

Tubular resistors are one of the most widely used types of resistors. These resistors consist of a coiled wire and magnesium oxide powder in metal tubes and are commonly used for heating liquids, air flow, molds and gases.

Tubular resistors have a tubular structure with a resistance wire inside the tube, which is used as a heating element.

The magnesium oxide powder inside the tube centers the wire and provides electrical insulation.

The resulting heat is transferred to the outer tube sheath.

These elements heat up when an electric current is applied, heating the magnesium oxide powder inside the tube. Tubular resistors are used in various industrial applications such as heating, vaporizing, condensing liquids or gases.
